Customer service from Willow 1st class – I bought a willow 10 Ltr cooler bin (esky) in Kmart around Christmas last year (2017). For some reason the bottom detached from the outer section. One email to Willow and instant replacement couriered to my home. No Overseas call centre crap just great Aussie service. These are made in Australia and have a 10 year warranty... lets support Aussie made and especially with such hassle free service 5 stars for their service. Thanks to Ute.
