inappropriate communication from romantic partner at 11pm – Received a very inappropriate message from the proprieters partner at 11pm after contacting proprieter earlier that evening to say "yes please, very keen to go ahead with service". It is now 3pm the following day and despite my emphatic position of being exceedingly unimpressed with the partners conduct, I have still had no communication whatsoever. No apology. Nothing. Why was a customer's phone number passed to the immature relationship partner of the business I was attempting to engage.

As a 56 year old disabled woman, I specifically chose a female run business so I would feel safer. Not only that, but female run businesses usually give a better service as they traditionally still struggle in male dominated areas of business. This company has let me down so badly. Total Dissatisfaction – I hired Women Washing Windows based on their 5 star reviews and the promise of excellent service. What I received was below standard. I had to clean the tracks of the windows myself after being told that the tracks were not dirty but eroded. Even when I showed a dirty cloth that I had run over one window track, I was told there was no more that could be done. I sent a photo to to show how much dirt was left on just one window track just to be told I said it was okay when it was explained that my windows were old. What I said okay to was them stating they would not clean the tracks any further. Three women turned up for an hour and left us with another hour of cleaning the window and door tracks that I was told would be done by the 'professionals'. The outside of the window panes were cleaned but again, not the tracks or most of the fly screens. I have the email from them stating that the windows, glass doors, tracks and fly screens would be ALL cleaned. I was lied to feel ripped off. I paid the price that was agreed upon as I stick to my word even when others do not. These people are not window cleaners or honest in their dealings with customers. Maybe the 5 star reviewers got these people on a good day, I certainly didn't.
