Great product but batteries are temperamental – This is a great blower but is let down by the 40V batteries that sometimes won't charge fully or won't charge at all. Usually can be fixed by taking them out of the charger for a while, or if that doesn't work, running them down a bit in one of the tools.

Top little unit when working – Brought from Masters, thankfully, it had the extended warranty. When working, this is a top little tool. The graduated control is a blessing, slight air to clear dust from the garage without creating a dust storm, and full power when needed, only one hour to recharge with about 30 minutes between charges. When it stopped, I called the importers who said it was a battery problem, but the battery powered my 40 volt Worx trimmer. I proposed it was a trigger problem. They asked me to return it for evaluation, which I did, and received a full refund. All in all, a great tool, a pitty about the switch

Warning! Do not buy until you read this! – I had a previous model Worx cordless blower for 5 years and was very pleased with it until the battery failed and I couldn't purchase a replacement battery pack! Talk about a sustainable World. Because of a no longer available battery I have to dispose of the whole system including the charger, blower and stuffed battery. So I had to buy a new cordless blower as they are just so convenient to use. I bought the latest Worx version model WG568E.

As with all my cordless devices, eg wireless phones. Smart phone, drills, tools, laptop, tablet etc. all of which use Li-Ion batteries, I have been in the habit of using them, recharging the battery and leaving the battery on the charger so that it is fully charged for next use.

BE WARNED! You cannot do this with this latest Worx blower design!

I initially did what I always do and then went to use the blower one week later to find the battery dead flat. So you then start cursing and thinking of a faulty battery, charger or even blower and the hassle of having to return the unit.

A few tests later and I discovered the battery charged OK within a couple of hours and if REMOVED from the charger held its charge for over a week. However if the battery is left on the charger, the charger automatically turns off when the battery is fully charged, BUT the battery discharges by itself, so that a week later there is NO CHARGE REMAINING! The battery obviously discharges back into the charger. What an idiotic design!

Unfortunately for me it states in the Operating Manual that the battery must not be left on the charger so I cannot return the unit. If I had known this fact at the beginning I would not have bought this blower.

I was advised to buy a two hour timer which must be started when the battery is placed on the charger to remind me to remove the battery when it is fully charged.

I am thoroughly disappointed with this poor design and will never by another Worx item.
