Excellent – This is a great product for those that want to improve core strength not only for weightlifting exercises but also if you are involved in sports like football, soccer, rugby, cricket, tennis, basketball etc. Difficulty can be adjusted by performing it with knees or feet supporting, partial or full extension or on an incline, flat or decline slope.
A good prerequisite test is the core plank - if you can hold a front plank for over a minute then this product will be beneficial at further improving your isometric core strength - if not then work up until the point you can before buying or using it. Can provide a challenging core workout
