spent a good chunk of the last month on this site. the live chat option is basically never actually staffed. on top of that, paid for a bundle and it barely lasted through a single afternoon. on top of that, support closed my ticket without actually resolving anything, and profile photos sometimes just show as broken image icons getting old fast!!
