I love my zen infrared and have used it regularly for 7 years – I bought this one person sauna 7 years ago and I am very impressed! Heats up quickly , low cost to run and it benefits me greatly in skin health muscle relaxation and sleeping better at an excellent price . purchased through Vitality 4 Life who have provided amazing customer service. I can't wait to receive my sauna from them in the next couple of weeks.

Customer service - extremely lacking – Not happy at all with the quality of this sauna. Side panels quite bowed and top of right panel damaged on arrival - not a good start! natural. Finally no wooden plugs for inside sauna, will have to putty after screws finished being installed (sauna still a big expense, so not impressed with all this happening). Had to purchase custom coloured paint to paint lid and plastic plugs for back of sauna. Plus purchase plastic grommets for door handle like another customer and putty to finish off inside sauna. Shouldn’t have had to do ANY of this with a brand new sauna. Sauna will be great to use to help while recovering from cancer, however will never order anything else from Vitality4Life or recommend them to anyone...

Quality product at affordable price point – Having been getting results from the local leisure centre, I was keen to find a similar home option to use in my own time. within 20-30minutes(55-60), and at the top temperature (65) sessions of 15-20minutes are about perfect working up a good sweat rate. I would compare temp of 65 to traditional sauna of 80-85. The infrared has a much more directed energy focus so the higher temperature is not needed.

I use mine 4-5 times per week about 15-20minutes at a time.

A Nice compact basic unit, may be a bit cramped if on the larger size opt for 2-3 person. I also put my own Bluetooth speaker outside on the floor and easily hear the music inside the sauna. Also control the speaker with my watch so perfect solution to add music element.

Hope to get many years usage.

The instructions were somewhat lacking, in that it doesn't tell you that the wire clips in the big bundle (as opposed to the single clip ones) can be pushed into any of the clips in the matching bundle - we were thinking 'have we earthed the neutral or live by mistake?' It also doesn't tell you which length screws for which parts, although we worked it out. That does add a fair amount of time to the assembly.

The glass door doesn't have proper grommets where the screws go through the handle - metal touching glass is not great, let alone in a warm environment - will have to source some correct size silicone grommets. It only has plastic shim for between the wood and the glass.

The video has a nice coloured top on it, but ours was a piece of 'natural' veneer with a queer orange stain on it. Don't really care about that, just be aware that you don't get the nice coloured top. I would have preferred the coloured,as dust sticks to natural wood, and cleaning will be a pain in the patootie!

I'm waiting on an EMF meter, so I can't speak as to the low emf claims. 5-6 ish is what's claimed, but US authorities say 3 is the max. I'd be inclined to think 5-6 is fine, though.

I really love that it has no bells and whistles, we don't need a stereo or pretty lights!

As a fat person I find it hard not to bump my elbows into the door or heaters if I want to shift position - and I have to stand up and turn around as my sore hip is on the door side when sitting. I want to get it a little closer to the heater for more pain relief. I think a wooden handle somewhere on the inside to steady yourself getting in or out or turning around would be useful in such a small space.

I DO love that it's so compact, though - it sits in my sewing room happily minding it's own business when not in use.

We got a white one, and one panel had a knock to it in transit, and there's quite a visible ding where the wood can be seen underneath. I don't care too much, but it would have been nice if it were pristine. There is plenty of support foam and cardboard inside, but not enough between the panels and the outer box to prevent damage.

This is the only thing that keeps my chronic sinusitis under control, as well as the fluid retention and all the other difficulties I have from a couple of genetic conditions.

My husband is always quite healthy, however he finds it useful in stress relief and general aches and pains from sitting incorrectly at work.

We both sleep better with infrared sauna sessions during the week, and it tends to keep viruses at bay for us, so what's not to love?

I really love this compact sauna and would recommend it to anyone as being good value for money if you need a small unit that isn't a corner sauna.

Love using it – The far infrared sauna is very user-friendly, comfortable and incredibly effective. My sore muscles disappear and I feel re-energised and refreshed with a 25 minute session. The detox works brilliantly as it keeps my weight in check if not better. Both hubby and I love using it.  Show reply

thermostat and the controls do the job. It is just the right size for someone under 6 foot tall and is really compact, taking up hardly any space at all. So far so good.

Perfect - Dr recommended - works – My Dr recommended I purchase a Far Infrared Sauna for my health issues. I did not have the space or the finances for a large Sauna - and then I found the Zen Brighton one man Sauna at a great price - fits into my bedroom without a problem and the price was excellent.
