The screen on my clearwater unit is full with random letters which I have not been able to clear. This does not allow me to do any reprogramming. I've turned it off , nothing changes. Any ideas?

Hi Rick, This would be an issue with the printed circuit board. If your unit is in warranty please lodge a warranty claim or call our consumer support team on 1300 763 021, Option 3 to discuss. If it is out of warranty then you will need to contact a local technician to assess and repair it if you wish.

Output shows 90% only, the vacuum robot moves slowly, why?

Hi, May I ask if you have tried to increase the Output from 90%? You may also need to check your water chemistry to see if you have enough salt in the water to be able to increase the output. Can you please confirm what Cleaner you have? These 2 products are usually not connected performance wise. Thanks.
