12 months in I'm very satisfied – I've created a review here: https://www.productreview.com.au/reviews/1f4a92e9-df0f-49be-ae18-b65a7ab4384e on my magnapool conversion from liquid chlorine to a Zodiac Magnapool filter system and I couldn't be happier. Of course I'm hoping my last longer than other reviewers, but so far so good! UPDATE: 9 months after my 4 year warranty ran out the… Read more

controller/motherboard part of the hydroxinator broke and cost $400 plus installation to replace. The system was still working but when I had a power outage it wouldn't restart - not optimal if you're away on holidays. Otherwise it's still working well.

Very disappointed – I've had to replace 3 cells in less than 6 years. Not good enough given how expensive they are. Definitely going to try a generic brand to replace. Show details

Buy a different brand – After several breakdowns under warranty and paid work repairs over barely 4yrs our Zodiac has been thrown away. Apparently all issues are very common problems. Don't waste your money. We bought this machine because we thought we could set and forget but instead we found that if there was a power disconnect the battery backup just would not work.… Read more

Unfortunately because we travel we would often return to pool malfunction and heaps of extra chemical needs. Disaster zone. However we do love the magnesium pool. Will write further review on brand replacement in a few months which was as long as it took for the Zodiac to have its first problems!

Stay away – Bad company. Installed a hydroxinator. A month later it stops working. After almost an hour on the phone I was told someone would come fix it in 13 days. They seem to know what the problem is yet it doesn't stop them selling the unit in the first place. Poor customer service. I would advise anyone to go with a different brand. Show details

Very poor qualify product - display and functions failed after 12 months – The new IQ version of this was installed 12 months ago with our new pool. It worked well for 11 months and then 2 weeks ago, the display failed and all functions stopped working. Despite contacting Zodiac customer service by email and phone several times, we have not been contacted to arrange a service. In the meantime our brand new pool has… Read more

turned green. Due to the poor customer service I will be Forced to buy a new product and will certainly not be buying from Zodiac. An OK product but with serious quality issues and complete absence of customer support.

Magna Pool System - Simple to use – We built our first pool which was completed in Oct 2016. We chose to install the equipment for a Zodiac Magna Pool. No problems with any Zodiac equipment until just out of the 3 year warranty. The hydroxinator cell stopped producing. We were disappointed but Lee at Zodiac was incredibly helpful and honoured her word when she said she'd call me… Read more

back at a specific time. Even though the item was out of warranty it was replaced by Zodiac very quickly. This was Dec2019. Unfortunately we are now having issues with our VX55 Robot Cleaner AND our Zodiac Water Heater. All products were purchased new at the time of the completion of the pool build so it is incredibly disappointing to have all items breaking down at the three year mark just out of their warranty period. Zodiac haven't returned my emails regarding the Robot and Water Heater yet but I'm hoping for the same service I received from Lee a couple of months ago.
