No idea. I am still waiting for my $7.00 cashback after purchasing Zyrtec from Chemist Warehouse.

I resied my $7zyrtec card by the mall and I always used in the Were house chemist bays again Zyrtec. Its works petfect. I loved.

For me the only way it would work is if I selected the donate option. Cashback option seems not to be an option, just slick advertising.

I had to provide signifcant amount of personal data to complete the application for this $7 cashback but then never heard back from them now for 2 weeks - not an email nor a reference number. It is deceptive to dangle a cashback for collection of marketing information data if they don't intend to send any cashback.

I totally agree with you. Zyrtec advertisement is a scam in my honest opinion. I could've bought my usual antihistamine claratyne 80 tablets for the same price with real cashback.

Me too. I put in all the details but when i click submit it says there is a problem. I definately filled in everything needed and uploaded the receipt. Still wont go through !

Some issues here. I've typed all the information and still getting the message of there is a problem.

I have done the same. Everything is correct but will not go through. The system needs to be looked at.

I had this problem initially as I had googled “zyrtec cash back 2022”. The form would not submit after completing. Then I tried going to Zyrtec.com.au directly. On their homepage they have a promotional banner for the cash back at top of page. Click on the cash back banner and then click on the picture of the size packet you are redeeming (50, 60 or 70 pack). Then fill out form. This form also gives you the option for “cash back” or “donate” at the top of page which the wrong form did not. I had no problem submitting this form. Hope it works for you too.

Cashback form problem. FRUSTRATING. Always same msg 1 missing item even when you re_enter. Tried two diff mobile devices. I think this happened last time they had an offer too. Dodgy promotion form. Do they want you to just give up? Pick up your act J&J if you want our business and stop wasting our time. Fix the tech issue pls. It looks to be a prob for a month at least.

It seems we all have the same issue. I agree with Carol L & they need to fix it as we need our cashback before the promotion runs out

I am taking them to fair trading because the cash back offer is misleading. No matter how many times purchased you think if you purchase another box on another day you will get the cash back offer however that is not the case. You can only ever claim it once only and I was told by the phone number for Zyrtec. Misleading/deceptive sign.

Me too! Tried it at BigW, Woolworths and Coles. DOESN'T WORK. FALSE ADVERTISING!

Yes I have redeemed this offer. You take a picture of your receipt, upload it to their website then they will send you the $7.00 in the form of a gift card which you can spend anywhere you like.

Yes, I've also received and redeemed two of the $7 gift cards in the past with no problem at all.
