Great – Have found FleetCard easy to use and is accessible at most fuel outlets. Monthly accounts are easy to read and to match up with corresponding fuel receipt dockets. Fees are very marginal.

Little benefits - HIGH fees - 0% care – Extra costs outwiegh any benefits - when you question something like ridiculous fees, expect cookie cutter responses and just 0% care. What a waste of time and money. I hope this helps people. Update As of Jan 2025 they have stuck to their 0% care. No one has reached out to us after their comment below.

Absolute scam – Every month there is a problem with the account. Strange charges, credis, debits, incorrect adding of totals. the whole thing is a scam. I wish I didn't have to give it one star, as there is not e one good thing to say about these people. Their hold music sux even more than their arithmetic - check out the pic!

in third month. But, we still don't get it in fourth month. We got only 28 points in first month and 28 points in second month. When we contacted them, there was no resolution. They keep lying. We think they just deceived us using fake offer. If you need fuel card, there are many other fuel card. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. They are dishonest and a bunch of frauds. Since signing up, we've had incorrectly charged fees (cared fee offered was $2.99 on sign up, from the first invoice, we were being charrged $5.99 + GST), late payment fees charged… Read more

eventhough they had our direct debit signed which they did not action, nor did they advise us, fraudulent merchant fees andd the list goes on.

Also, we were neverr told that the offer they gave us to sign up was an "Introductory" offer. After which, our cost with up 3x.

We have now moved our account elsewhere, despite the business challenges associated with moving twice within 4 months. BIGGEST MISTAKE MADE.

I will be lodging a complaint with ACCC. They cannot be allowed to keep defrauding people. These people are criminals.

Running a fleet of vehicles means plenty of fuel receipts and admin. Since switching to FleetCard, that's become much easier to manage. The fees are a small trade-off for the convenience of having everything in one place, and we like that our drivers can fuel up at a range of service stations instead of being limited to one brand. Any time I've had to contact customer service, they've been helpful and easy to deal with.

Overall, I've had a good experience with FleetCard. It does what it says it will, and I'd happily recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable fuel card.

I initially took on Fleetcard to save money. This done the opposite. There are no savings and cost for being one day late is astronomocal . I was charged about 50% penalty for one day late. This is totally unethical and extorsion. I hadly use the card now as I get more saving with a woolies docket. I definitely do not recommend this to anyone. I currently lloking at other options.

Our small business uses FleetCard and for us it works. Yes, there are extra fees, however these are minimal when compared to the time-consuming process of trying to reconcile fuel dockets from multiple vehicles. I like how the fleet cards can be used at multiple locations, and our team aren't locked into using one fuel provider. If you're prepared to pay the fees for convenience, then it's a great product!

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience has been concerning enough that I feel others should be aware. I submitted a business fuel card application with FleetCard on **9 February 2026**. Since then, I have provided all requested documentation, including highly sensitive personal and business information (driver’s licence, utility bills,… Read more

etc.), which was acknowledged as received. I was advised the application was progressing toward approval and that cards would be issued pending one final document — which I supplied and had confirmed in writing.

Since that point, communication has completely stopped.

Over the past several weeks, I have sent **more than a dozen follow-up emails** and attempted multiple phone calls. None have been returned. There has been:

* No update on the application * No acknowledgement of correspondence * No clarity on whether cards have been issued * No reassurance regarding the security of the personal data provided

This lack of communication is unacceptable, particularly given the level of confidential information entrusted to the company. It raises serious concerns around customer service, accountability, and data handling practices.

At this stage, I am seeking:

* Immediate confirmation of my application status * Assurance that my personal and business data is secure * A clear explanation for the lack of communication

If this is not resolved promptly, I will be escalating the matter further with relevant regulatory bodies.

If anyone from FleetCard is monitoring reviews, I would appreciate urgent contact to resolve this matter.

Save yourself the pain and frustration (and cost), don't bother with this company! They rarely respond to emails and when its regarding an account matter, they always seem to wait until after the due date of the invoice so the next months bill is pre-loaded with a $178 fine/fee for being a day late. Even after completing the direct debit request… Read more

to make payment automatic, the payment didn't come out (through no fault of mine) and I was STILL charged a $178 fine/fee (plus interest). They refused to remove the erroneous charge from their failure to set up the DDR request, so I paid the bill, less the fine/fee, and then I got another fine/fee the next month! It has been a 6 month nightmare dealing with these people. The fine/fee amount is ludicrous for the size of my account (usually under $1000 a month). I dont disagree that they need a disincentive for late payments... why not charge 20% interest on overdue amounts?? Then, at least it's a punishment that fits the bill, disincentivises late payment and would more than re-coup the real cost of a late bill payment. On top of the bill dramas, we had many recounts from the team members of service stations not recognising the card, or not knowing if they take it (even places on the website which are noted as accepting FleetCard). There is also a gnarly $3.50 BP fee, which negates the few cents you get off Shell. I was really hoping this would work for me, as the idea of collating all of my fuel costs was certainly appealing and worth the monthly card fees... just not the other fees and the muck around fixing account issues.

Do not sign up for this, 1 day over the due by date, no invoice sent $177.95 over due fee $5.45 interest fee , at the time of signing up, they asked me how much fuel we use for the month I wasn’t too sure told them around $1000.went over by$38 , they charged us $117.03 over the limit fee total $300.43 extra The only reason they get 1 star is I can’t do less on the review.
