Didn’t come with the 14 strips so now have to purchase a whole new box – Purchased from Priceline a few days ago, once I got home I opened them, I counted them as my partner and I were sharing the first box so we got this second box to finish the course… only to find 13 strips.
I contacted their customer service, and was given a $5 voucher.. which was a bit of a scam considering I now have to go get a whole new box (24$). Which doesn’t help.. considering I’m just making them profit by purchasing another box off them and I’m still out of pocket.
Otherwise it’s a decent product. But customer service was crap.
