I like the versatility of the Magimix when expert mode is selected. It allows me to control the various features such as temperature and speed. Food cooks surprisingly evenly and double wall bowl is very good. Sometimes a fair bit of elbow grease is needed to scrape the bottom of the bowl, but overall I am happy with it.
