Weak machine – Simple tasks are a bother for this little machine. Jams when making fresh breadcrumbs and smells as if the motor is burning every time I use it. I… Read more

had a 20 year old Moulinex that was a little workhorse compared to this dud. Unfortunately I dropped and cracked it.

I needed a mini food chopper as l cook chicken hearts for my little dogs every 2 days, other than chopping by hand, l had a Bamix with a small… Read more

container but had to do quite a few batches to my liking. I did my research and the kitchen aid had really good reviews so l decided to buy one. They are pricy but l saved a few dollars by buying it at Myer online, they were the cheapest without a battery at $127.50. I then researched the battery and it was $69. everywhere so l joined JB hifi and got a $10.00 store voucher which l used to buy the battery which comes with a usb cable. When my chopper arrived l cooked my chicken hearts and first tested the chopping and it was perfect, small but chopped not mashed. Then l put it on the other cycle to mash and it came out perfect, just what l wanted. This is the best chopper I’ve ever had, it’s powerful and very quick. I don’t regret spending the money on it now, l can’t fault it at all, it’s the perfect size (5cups) and I’d definitely recommend it if you need a chopper.

Used 5 or 6 times and the plastic wore out, no replacement part. Throw away item – I've used this product once a month for about five or six months and worked o.k. Unfortunately, they made the cog connection to connect the blade… Read more

to the motor out of plastic and it wore down so it's just a paper weight at the moment. I called for spare parts and there aren't any. I had a Black and Decker small food processor and it still works after 16 years. I just needed something a bit bigger. $54 for six uses is not good value. With so much waste, it's a shame manufacturers are not making things to last.

I bought this chopper from TVSN. The product claims to come with a 2 year UNCONDITIONAL warranty. Ha! What a joke. The cord on this chopper broke… Read more

near the motor head, a year after I bought it. Heroshi claimed it was due to me wrapping the cord around the motor during storage. Everybody wraps a cord around an appliance before they put it in a cupboard. Nobody throws an appliance into a cupboard with the cord hanging all loose to catch on everything else in storage. Clearly this product which was made where all cheap products are made (no guessing there) has cheap inferior electrics. It also overheats easily and takes ages to cool down enough to use again. Inferior quality. I do NOT recommend this product. Spend your money on quality.
