was not for him even tried it as a milk shake with ice in it to no avail. I did offer some as a smoothie to my 5 year old daughter, which she loved and frequently asks me to make one for her. I am happy to keep giving it to her as she is a tiny little thing and any extra vitamins, minerals and such I can get into her diet I am happy to oblige to. I am thankful that we were given to opportunity to try this product and I will continue my attempts in getting our little man into having some too.
