Best Target Baby Wipes

A bit dry – These wipes are ok, but I find at least the wipes in the top half of the packet a bit on the dry side. Also, they aren't the easiest to take out of the packet. I will be looking at getting other ones once I have used them up.  Show details

the same time. There was hardly any moisture on the wipes. Pulling them out was simple enough. The smell although mild in that fragrance free way, was not pleasant.
