service or ability to interact. Its one problem after another. My advice is don't ever think about using them now. They are in a mess and you simply have to spend an enormous amount of time trying to fix their incompetent take over. If you, like me are with them I wish you luck! This would be the worst Bank I have ever used now (and I use several).
