trouble getting a replacement. I was interested in purchasing the Ozito PXC 36V 2 x 18V Brushless Line Trimmer and Brush Cutter after seeing feedback from others. After reading the user manual I came across the area where it informs you to change self lock nut every time you swap over to the brush cutter blade. That's fine if you get a 25pc (Flan Self Lock Nuts) pack for $15. No! it's more like 1 for $18, so every time you forget to use the brush cutter for a job and need to reinstall the blade new $18 self lock nut please. Why in the name of all things holy would I buy an item that costs me $18 every 2-3 time I use it? Doing things like this Ozito just make loyal customers change to different brands.
