I have had the spin mops and buckets since they came out. The RED bucket with the handle that is the LENGTH of the bucket are fantasic, the new ones… Read more

with the handle ACROSS the middle are absolutly uesless. The bucket tips over and the water goes everywhere. They have bought out a trolley for the bucket about 10yrs ago, they want you to spend more money to be able to mop your floors, you will still have issues like without the trolley if you need to go over some carpet to get to the right flooring, It also has a st>pid pin in the centre of the rinse side that you have to fit the mop on to spin it. That was never there with the orriginal design and it worked great. They have just looked at it and thought how can they get more money out of you, forgetting that a really well made product will ALWAYS sell and be advertised by word of mouth. Get greedy too quick and your product will start to die out, you won’t get repeat buyers which shows what people think of your product! Go back to your drawing board, bring back the RED bucket with the LONG white handle and the mops and mop heads that do not need spining on a pin- usless rubbish! The new mop heads also don’t have many microfiber tassles either, when they are wet your mop just scratches all over the floor, clunking and scrating. I always tell everyone i know and meet what mop and bucket to look out for, and not be SCAMMED with the rubbish you want people to buy now. They can get a better product from BUNNINGS or someone else and for about 1/3 the price, plus you won’t end up out of pocket and with buyers remorse! 1- the at extra cost black trolly sitting on top of bucket 2-the silly pin in the bottom of the sinse side 3 &4- i am holding the handle straight up, the mop bucket tilts downwards, the spinner end is heavier so it go down, its worse with water in the bucket 5-this is the type of handle you need on the buckets, the water doesnt spill and it is level when you pick it up 6-the white mophas the pin hole inside, it doesnt show well, but there aren’t many fibres around it. The purple head is the older head, you just put it into the bucket , pushed the handle up down and up once or twice to rinse then into the spinner and down and up again a few times and it was ready to go. I bought the mop and bucket years ago, dreading this day, as you can see my red bucket is disintergrating, i had bought both buckets direct from White Magic Australia, but never kept any receipts after recieving the dissapointing “new” bucket.

Thumbs up, but… – We’ve been using those for years and will continue to do so. They’re effective and I love the fact that you can wash them and reuse them therefore… Read more

reducing the waste a bit. But - the company states that the pads will survive up to 500 washes. Maybe so but in what condition? In my experience they last… 50 washes…? I mean, they’re still there and you can try and use them, but they’re full of holes and seriously falling apart. With a few of them the process of disintegration started after the first few washes. So yes, the pads are great and I love them and I’d buy them even without the promise of up to 500 washes. I’d be fine having to reach for a new pad after a few dozen washes. As is, that promise is an unnecessary exaggeration that I’m reminded of every time when throwing away another pad that died way before reaching 500 washes. It makes me grumpy.

Good design let down by faulty workmanship – Bought this duster because it’s extendable. Sadly the duster section just kept falling off. Bad workmanship. Disappointing for a high priced product Show details

Greenwashing - this is made of plastic! – The product may be good to use, but I was disappointed that most of the product was made of pure non-recycled plastic (ie. the whole dustpan, dustpan… Read more

handle and broom top), although it does have recycled bristles and a bamboo broom handle. It came from House with a HUGE amount of packaging, including plastic packaging, in a cardboard box, which was not necessary given the product is not breakable. This defeats the purpose of buying something "eco". There is not much "eco" about this product. The label is misleading.

Unimpressed - leaves streaks everywhere – This cloth simply does not live up to the claims of leaving glass and windows streak free. Went over mirrors and windows multiple times but still streaks everywhere. Total waste of the money spent to buy it.
