request was denied twice without any explanation. While the $20 is not significant, this experience is disappointing and speaks to the principle of customer trust. I had been planning purchases from Apple during the Black Friday sales but saved myself a lot of unnecessary spend.I hope this reflects an isolated incident rather than a shift in priorities from customer focus to profit.

iTranslate seems a complete rip off at $250 per year. I can’t comment on the app other than it did not do much when first used. Be warned as so easy to get conned by an unintended and expensive subscription.
