recommends is a cleaning cycle and it came up with E31 and call for service. There was a big leak under the dishwasher into the tray underneath and onto the floor which is why it was coming up with error. Checked all the hoses behind all good but leaking underneath. After waiting 2 days for a call back on service we now have to wait 10 more days for someone to come look at it. Terrible. I am worried that if it arrived broken it may not last and would rather a replacement but until someone comes to look at it we can't even get a refund.

No options and does not clean – No options for washing cycles,does not clean properly,very expensive for this low quality.Over rated German crap.One washing cycle is very short and the other one is very long.Do not buy it.Go for other brands
