OK I GUESS – Follow up since the rubber ring was removed, no issues at all, no fault messages. Cleans fine. I have changed the star rating. Still does the same… Read more

job as my 2nd dish was which was half the price. I have noticed the plastic has come away from one of the prongs on the middle rack, or the glasses rack. It is now rusting badly. One thing we have noticed, as it us a touch panel, if you lean on it, it sometimes turns itself off. Not often but it does happen

Finally a service guy (not from siemens), pulled the dish washer apart and found a rubber ring blocking the drain pipe. He said it has been there since day 1. Since having it removed we have had no issues.

Keeps coming up with error messages. Does not clean as well as l thought. Is no better than my second disher which was half the price a Fisher & Paykel. Talk about disappointment. Randomly comes up with a E24 fault code, it runs fine for a month or 2 then you need to run it twice on occasion 3 times to finish the cycle. It may use less water and energy than our second dishwasher but for twice the price it does a no better job. Matter of fact its a hassle some times. Its 3 years old!! When this one dies l will not get another Siemens.

☆☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed – Premium Price, Zero service, so ZERO star. Buyer Beware: Siemens Warranty Service Reality Check!!!!!!!!!!! Before you… Read more

buy any Siemens product, ask about the warranty service call wait time. Yes, the product performs well when it’s running—but when it fails under warranty? Prepare to wait. And wait. And wait. No urgency. No accountability. Just silence. We got fooled. Don’t let it happen to you.

We purchased in June 2022 - the Siemens SX57HS01DA semi-integrated dishwasher expecting top-tier performance and reliability. What we received was a string of error codes, technician visits, and mounting frustration. After encountering the E6100 error, a technician was dispatched to resolve the issue. While that fault was addressed, the unit was left with a new E3100 error, rendering the dishwasher completely unusable. This raises serious concerns about the workmanship and diagnostic competence of the technician—how does one fault get “fixed” only to be replaced by another? Despite paying four to five times more than standard market options, we are now left with no working dishwasher. The premium price tag promised quality, but what we got was a non-functional appliance and a service trail that feels careless at best. Is this the standard Siemens sets for its technicians and post-sale support? We expected excellence. What we got was a costly disappointment. The Job Reference Number 0970850497 remains open and unresolved. Siemens team, if you're reading this, please do not respond with your generic call center number—we’ve already gone through that loop. This issue has been escalated, documented, and repeatedly followed up. So here’s the question: If this job remains unresolved, where should this event (setting it to fire/crushing/sledgehammer) be made public? - YouTube? - Facebook Live? - Instagram? - Or perhaps all of the above? We’ve paid a premium for this product and expected premium support. What we’ve received is negligence. The clock is ticking.
