He said that it should only take a maximum of 7 mins to boil up the water, however, it actually took 12-15 mins, with different types of pots. All tests failed to meet the standard. He also comments that Franke actually was going to discontinue this product because a lot of complaints have been made for a variety of issues. It tells me that the company already knows that this product is problematic but still sells to customers. I found there is no integrity in their services. Even worse, the technician provided a report saying there is no issue with this product after, and the company is charging me for sending the technician for it. Overall, avoid Franke!
