No back up – Fine while it's going BUT no spare parts. Franke freestanding stove no replacement trivets unavailable or oven parts. zero help to find equivalents. I now have to replace my whole unit. Certainly not with anything Franke. So much for Swiss quality. Show details

defective and one knob doesn’t work to trigger gas ignition. Was there any quality control checking during manufacture at all? More than a week and several calls to PRKS (Franke) “Customer Care” later, we are still struggling to get a service booking to even look at the problem let alone get any parts prior to a repair. Be wary of any claims Franke make to quality or customer satisfaction.
