Best Franke Cooktops

up a small amount of water. The company sent a technician to check the issue. He said that it should only take a maximum of 7 mins to boil up the water, however, it actually took 12-15 mins, with different types of pots. All tests failed to meet the standard. He also comments that Franke actually was going to discontinue this product because a lot of complaints have been made for a variety of issues. It tells me that the company already knows that this product is problematic but still sells to customers. I found there is no integrity in their services. Even worse, the technician provided a report saying there is no issue with this product after, and the company is charging me for sending the technician for it. Overall, avoid Franke!

defective and one knob doesn’t work to trigger gas ignition. Was there any quality control checking during manufacture at all? More than a week and several calls to PRKS (Franke) “Customer Care” later, we are still struggling to get a service booking to even look at the problem let alone get any parts prior to a repair. Be wary of any claims Franke make to quality or customer satisfaction.
