top fan from spinning as the top shelf is so low. Even cutlery in the holder stops the fan from rotating. When loading the bottom shelf it constantly derails, and takes some effort to correct. Don't waste your money unless you're goal is to irritate your tenants. Dishes always come wet and half clean.

it doesn’t have a washing mechanism from above and almost every single wash multiple dishes are not clean and more dirty coming out than going in. Every few washes nothing at all cleans and I end up just hand washing everything.
If I could give this zero stars that would be too generous
