passed it to a company called Novera which handles warranty . Then I received a terms and condition for a technician to come and I gave up the whole thing since it can cost me more money because I have to be home whole day without going to work when the technician comes. Never buy this product. It is wasting hard earned money and nobody is there to help you when you get into trouble with this stupid machine.

it doesn’t have a washing mechanism from above and almost every single wash multiple dishes are not clean and more dirty coming out than going in. Every few washes nothing at all cleans and I end up just hand washing everything.
If I could give this zero stars that would be too generous
