I approached the place where I bought it, but was told that they no longer stocked the item and a refund was the only option....so I got in touch with Cabello direct. I had a response to my email within 24hrs and a new brush arrived in the mail within days. Their service was exceptional and their products great quality. My Cabello hair dryer looks and feels like a professional product, not something designed for home use, and has been going for years and still looks and works like new. Given the equally long service of my old hot brush, I have high hopes for this one too. It does a great job of smoothing my very fine wavy hair which becomes very unruly, and the ability to choose a low temp protects my hair from damage.
