regretfully BMW) we thought the process would be great and rewarding. However, after purchasing the 2025 Q4 Sportsback EV, it was never mentioned this vehicle does not have APP connectivity. When attempting to connect at signing the sales agent said “it s a poor app” which did surprise me, though all we wanted was functionality to see the battery level when not in the vehicle. Either way after 3 weeks of multiple emails and 3 phone calls to both AUDI customer service and the AUDI Parramatta centre and no call backs, we have a $100k car that comparably has less functionality than a $50k BYD or similar. Yes I did research, and this issue is not obvious on car reviews and social media - until now! STAY CLEAR OF AUDI AND particularly PARRAMATTA AUDI.

Just advised this week engine has serious oil leak, another major expense. Engine mounting brackets also need replaced, never ending!!! - Really expected so much more from a $150,000 car - Would never recommend or buy this product again.
