couldn’t prove I had serviced the central heating every 12 months! This is not mentioned anywhere. I previously had issues with them over the add-on cooling and had to take it to Consumer Affairs. Buyer beware.

repair motor, power goes off you have to reprogram the whole thing again and not easy to use. At least once a month over the winter months we have to reboot the unit as it fails to start. Previous unit not this brand 17 years old and never once let us down. Sick of having to pay service people. Be ware and check out all products and reviews do not just listen to sales people.

We had a Braemar system which needed updating. Was sold Bonaire by sales rep stating it was a far superior system. Cost $9k and is terrible. It blows out cold air and is incredibly noisy. Beyond disappointed and honestly cannot recommend this system. Show details
