Bonaire MB6 Series

We had a Braemar system which needed updating. Was sold Bonaire by sales rep stating it was a far superior system. Cost $9k and is terrible. It blows out cold air and is incredibly noisy. Beyond disappointed and honestly cannot recommend this system.

Avoid Bonaire MB631 - six service calls so far but the problems continue – We had the Bonaire MB631 gas heating ducted system installed in our home in February 2020, and CANNOT RECOMMEND it. We've had their local service agents (a different company - and they are great to deal with) out here about SIX TIMES but problems persist. Response from the Bonaire company to my messages has been somewhere between inadequate. ADVICE TO BUYERS: Whatever system you buy, make sure the people you buy it from actually do the service calls themselves and that they have not outsourced the repair/maintenance calls to another business. So you don't get caught in between two businesses.
