HQ sent Sentinel Security Canberra to the rescue. Aaron rang and organised their guy Anthony Shephard to come down and view the problem and he re-measured for a new slider. The door we had installed was the wrong one for our frame, didn't fit correctly, had pop rivets that broke off instead of the crimsafe screws, and a whole list of issues. 2 weeks later Anthony came and installed the new slider and problem solved. I can't thank Sentinel enough for the expediency to correct another workman's issues. I have no receipt to attach as I'd already paid for a door with Leybrook
