purchase being $1,534, including a $450 QL-88108 CTC Silver 3 Layer chandelier. OZ Lights Direct also installed the chandelier for us.

After approximately two years of normal use, the chandelier progressively stopped functioning and eventually became completely non-functional around April 2026.

We contacted OZ Lights Direct regarding the issue and raised our concerns under the Australian Consumer Law. After discussing the matter with the business, we were ultimately advised that the one-year warranty had expired and that they would not provide a repair, replacement or refund. The business has also confirmed this position to us in writing.

We are very disappointed with the after-sales support, particularly given the price of the chandelier, the relatively short period of use, and the fact that OZ Lights Direct itself installed the product.

We purchased from OZ Lights Direct in good faith and expected reasonable support if a significant issue arose with the product. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we cannot recommend OZ Lights Direct.

Expecting I have no light in the bathroom, a hole in the ceiling in the middle of winter and get an electrician out twice to remove it then back to reinstall it. Ludicrous. Would I buy them again? Yes. I plan on building in the future and will be installing them in every bedroom and living space.

Full access through the app if your into that. Links up easily to google home as well. So on them hot days switch them on before your drive home and have that breeze hit you in the face once you open the door!!

They run quite at night. Have the capability of moving lots of air when required and are efficient to run also.

One last point. If it’s for the long hall in your own home. Before you decide not to purchase one, what ever the reason. Look at the one you are going to buy and compare the running cost and how much air it can push. For me personally I’ll always compromise on the price when it comes down to getting the best quality, efficiency and latest tec in the market.

It's now Tuesday and the Australia Post tracking is showing that the goods are still in Chullora .Australia Post haven't even got the parcel yet from what i can see .
