there isn't even something basic like a home button on the side of the watch, everything is done by swiping, which leads me to why I am taking this back and asking for a refund. The screen froze, so I tried to do a hard reset, I couldn't as the screen had stopped working. Absolute awful design for something touted as a kid friendly product. Looking for an alternative, won't be going back to Spacetalk any time in the near future.

you can get it to charge! Now the company has updated the app it does not work and you can not get the watch to connect to the app (especially if you don’t have a sim from them) the company is just a money drain. It takes weeks if not months to get a reply from their email system, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Do yourselves a favour put spacetalk into the Facebook search and look at all the complaints and they refuse to return people’s money. Horrid service and even worse company

trying to resolve issues via email with no success and no phone support.

The device has now failed in critical situations: - My mother had a fall and the watch did not alert me - The watch has failed to call and only sent a text - I had issues pairing the watch to the app - I cannot access remaining credit or cancel any ongoing renewal

This product is marketed as a safety device but is not fit for purpose.

I requested a full refund including remaining credit, however the company refused and stated their terms do not allow refunds.

Under Australian Consumer Law, this is a major failure.
