working. This was a result of sweat ingress causing corrosion in the SIM enclosure. When contacting the support services we were swiftly told (basically) that the claimed IP67 rating was in lab conditions and real world conditions may not be representative. I asked for a full refund. Refund was denied due to it being outside the 30-day return period. The real shame is that we bought this watch after being so impressed by the one we bought for our other child. The first watch failed in a similar way about a week after I’d ordered the second one. At least I didn’t pay the full years subscription up front on the first one!

trying to resolve issues via email with no success and no phone support.

The device has now failed in critical situations: - My mother had a fall and the watch did not alert me - The watch has failed to call and only sent a text - I had issues pairing the watch to the app - I cannot access remaining credit or cancel any ongoing renewal

This product is marketed as a safety device but is not fit for purpose.

I requested a full refund including remaining credit, however the company refused and stated their terms do not allow refunds.

Under Australian Consumer Law, this is a major failure.
