This knife means I can cut and dice all my vegetables in the kitchen. Being vegetarian means I don't have to worry about meat.
I use the steel after every use to keep it sharp, and only have to use the water stone sharper rarely.
I am so glad I purchased this knife and if you can only afford one knife for your kitchen, this is the one to get.
