mattress is just as comfortable and supportive as my old Madison Empire.

To be fair I bought my Madison Empire around 8 or 9 years ago so mattresses have come a LONG way since then in terms features and cost.

Eva were also great to deal with, there were fairly lengthy delays in the shipping but my customer service agent, Camille, was super helpful and responsive and ensured I got my shipping cost refunded due to the delay in receiving my mattress.

Our Eva mattress has been fantastic - ordering and delivery were a breeze. The mattress has been comfortable for all who have tried it. Only criticism is the weight - changing sheets etc is a 2 person job as it’s so heavy to lift
