if I wanted to return it. I also needed to buy it on a payment plan and EVA had many options.

To be honest, I still wasn’t convinced I had made the right choice.

I suffer with cervical stenosis (severe neck pain), left hip tendonitis and is very painful to sleep on that side, right shoulder tendonitis and bursitis and hard to sleep on that side too - I am a side sleeper and sleeping on both sides of my body I’m always in severe pain and this keeps me awake all night, tossing and turning.

I needed help to get the king mattress out of the box and to unpack. It was heavy, so be aware if you aren’t strong enough, get some help.

The minute I took it out of the outer plastic it poofed up quickly and was easy to move into place.

I have been sleeping on the mattress for 9 nights now and I also purchased the pillow.

I am absolutely amazed how better I sleep, like a baby, the pressure on my hip and shoulder has decreased and the neck pain is under control with the pillow.

This review is the honest truth, I’m so pleased I chose EVA, I’m about to throw my old faithful mattress and pillow out, I won’t be going back. I actually love going to bed now knowing I’m going to sleep better with less pain.

The quality is great and has been perfect for my partner, but as someone with a larger athletic build, my back has been incredibly sore in the mornings. I don't find the mattress to be as firm as advertised. Show reply

Good for the first 2 -3 years but my partner and I are both having back pain issues. There is a dent in the middle of the mattress though we tend to sleep on our separate sides. Have been rotating it every few months and can't fathom why this is happening. Probably won't be buying another Eva. Show details

directly in the middle of the mattress and it feels completely different, highlighting how little support is left where we usually lie. I don't possibly know how this mattress could last for 10 years if it's like this at not quite 6.

Mattress has been great, no complaints about the product. The delivery of the product however was not great. No notification, no knock on the door, just left outside the front door even though there was people inside the residence the entire day. I bought a double mattress from Eva. It is incredibly comfortable. My previous mattress was a $10,000 top of the line Madison Empire. This $900 Eva mattress is just as comfortable and supportive as my old Madison Empire. Eva were also great to deal with, there were fairly lengthy delays in the shipping but my customer service agent, Camille, was super helpful and responsive and ensured I got my shipping cost refunded due to the delay in receiving my mattress.

The mattress arrived quickly and the unpacking process was very high quality. The mattress has received only praise from my pregnant wife and she’s gotten the best sleep she’s had in a long time even only the the first few days of having the mattress. For me the mattress does feel a little firmer than I expected but we shall see if that changes a bit in the adjustment period. Show details

loves it. Her only comment is that the mattress feels a bit too thick for a little girl. Overall, we’re very pleased with the Comfort Classic Mattress and glad we chose it for her.

Honestly a great product. Very easy delivery which is why I bought it and it is decently comfortable. It is a bit on the firmer side so it’s great when sleeping on the back but is not 100% comfortable when side sleeping. The only negative points are that it is quite heavy, makes moving it difficult if you are by yourself. However after 1 year of use the quality has held up very well! Show details ·  2

We bought an Eva mattress a few years ago for our eldest and it’s been perfect. It’s incredibly comfortable with just the right balance of softness and support. After five years it still looks and feels like new. When our younger son outgrew his single bed, we didn’t waste too much time shopping around. The mattress has a very good support. We used to sleep on futon mattress as we preferred sleeping on the firm mattress, but sagging was the problem. Eva Comfort Classic mattress is extremely comfortable to sleep on with its medium to hard firmness. We have had the king size comfort classic mattress now for a year and overall pretty happy with it. The only downsize is it is a little on the soft side and its lacking edge support. But otherwise it’s a decent mattress for it’s price.

Customer service was very communicative and responsive throughout the whole process . Mattress was firm and comfortable. But zoning wasn't good balance for neck support. However could be due to my neck injury. Show details ·  1
