back pain said a firm mattress is better. IT ISN’T!! Don’t make the same mistake I did. I thought I’d get used to it, but I really regret not refunding it. When laying on my back, the mattress doesn’t support the arch of my lower back. Instead I can feel it putting extra pressure on it. My chiropractor has verified this and said that firm mattresses are only helpful for people with straight spines, which isn’t common.

I’ve added a topper to soften it but I still wake up constantly throughout the night and can’t get a good nights sleep. I’m now atuck with this awful mattress. Don’t make the same mistake I did.
