free and Systane Balance was not providing proper lubrication to my eyes for whole day. I use this product twice in a day and I am good. Bad rating is because of its dropper system which does not work well; it waste the product. When bottle is full, drop takes time to drip and as bottle gets emptied more quantity drips; it's impossible to judge how much pressure to apply for getting proper quantity of drops.

I am at a loss as to why you would design a huge flat round surface to balance a drop of liquid on and try not to spill it down the side of the bottle or down your cheek trying to get it into your eye, and the only thing I can think of is greed! So much wasted product and liquid stuck in the bottle as you have to defy gravity and squeeze so hard just to get air bubbles! You have to wipe the top after each time as flinging it like the instructions say does not remove excess from the top, which is more waste and more of a risk than air in the bottle! Worst design ever... have now caved and purchased a different brand as it was hurting my eyes pulling the bottom lid out so far. I absolutely cannot lay down at work to administer eye drops and cant tell you how much mascara was run down my face this past year from this product's faulty dropper.
