stirred it vigourously. It seemed as though the motor didn’t have as much power to get the foam going. I took it back and got another under the extra Care warranty that Office Works sell. By the way it’s only 14 odd dollars and it’s definitely worth it. We got another one and I’ve only had a matter of weeks and it’s already stopped frothing the milk and it seems again as though the motor is not picking up enough power to do the job properly AGAIN. I plan on taking it back today and getting a full refund. It seems as though it’s a bit of hit and miss with this device. One of the big negatives for our coffee and tea loving family is that the jug is quite small, and if you do like to drink your coffee from a mug you will find that the capacity of this jug is its still not large enough. light milk. I love that the thingy that makes it froth is easily removed to be cleaned. I bought mine online from Lavazza and could not fault the quick delivery and price. I wanted to wait for a few months before reviewing just to make sure.
