rust colored water drips came out of the handle. I threw it away thinking it was old and purchased another vileda. Used it once and the same thing has happened. I can't put it upright as it keeps dripping these horrible rust spots all over the floor. Has anyone else noticed this?

"damp mop", we ended up with water all over the floor and I had to get down on all fours with towels to dry out the tiles so they could be walked on. The supplied bucket is another waste of time as it leaves the mop dripping water. As for the design of the mop itself, well, I was reduced to short strokes of about 18 inches so as to not scrape the plastic head on the floor. Very frustrating to attempt to use.

use. Unfortunately, the spray mechanism has now stopped working, making the mop virtually useless.

I contacted Vileda to see if there was anything they could do, but I was simply told there was nothing they could do. I find this extremely disappointing for a product that is not particularly cheap and has had such minimal use.

I am now left with an overpriced stick mop that no longer sprays. I expected much better quality and longevity from Vileda, and I am very disappointed with both the product and the lack of customer support. I would not recommend this mop based on my experience.
