on nearly every frame piece, stickers not on straight, dirty tyres, dirty frame, dirty sidewalls. I cleaned the bike in your carpark for 30-40 mins ( check your CCTV footage for confirmation ) Not only was the bike sold to me like it was second hand from Facebook marketplace now a part has fallen off (see attachments). And had to take it scratched and very dirty or disappoint my son on his birthday. The store firstly offered a $50 discount, $20 more dollars than the assembly cost. That was flatly rejected and I was given $120 discount. The suspension adjustment 'blue' turning cap on the front suspension has now just 'popped off' while my son was riding to school. The bike was purchased for his birthday on the 11/11 , I picked the bike up on the 09/11.... . I would like this missing cap at near minimum replaced please. The bike is registered with Norco Fluid. Not a great experience overall to be honest. I am disappointed with this and my son has a supposedly new bike that is not only scratched , misaligned stickers and is now missing parts through no fault of ours.
Taking apart the battery I found a 5Amp fuse had blown. I changed it to a 10Amp and now it works.
