Poor Quality No customer service – Purchased a Fluid Daytona instore. I had to apparently pay for assembly or void the warranty, did that. The bike was presented to me very scratched on nearly every frame piece, stickers not on straight, dirty tyres, dirty frame, dirty sidewalls. I cleaned the bike in your carpark for 30-40 mins ( check your CCTV footage for confirmation ) Not only was the bike sold to me like it was second hand from Facebook marketplace now a part has fallen off (see attachments). And had to take it scratched and very dirty or disappoint my son on his birthday. The store firstly offered a $50 discount, $20 more dollars than the assembly cost. That was flatly rejected and I was given $120 discount. The suspension adjustment 'blue' turning cap on the front suspension has now just 'popped off' while my son was riding to school. The bike was purchased for his birthday on the 11/11 , I picked the bike up on the 09/11.... . I would like this missing cap at near minimum replaced please. The bike is registered with Norco Fluid. Not a great experience overall to be honest. I am disappointed with this and my son has a supposedly new bike that is not only scratched , misaligned stickers and is now missing parts through no fault of ours.

Purchased in at Anaconda Online store for $628.99.

It’s a load of FUN! – It’s super fun it handles well you can adjust a lot on it and I rate it 10 out of 10 if you like trail biking it’s perfect but the only thing is it makes a funny sound after a couple months of owner in the brakes but if your riding with mates and stuff no one cares you just enjoy the ride and you won’t even notice it!

Purchased in at BigPond Music for $500.

Not very Impressed should be a teenagers bike – Within first 5 rides left pedal arm rounded. Shop replaced it quickly. Around fourth week bottom bearing is noisy. At 7th week Lowest gear on cassette snapped causing a decent fall to the road. Im only riding to work and back not off road. Frame looks good but parts let it down from my experience. To the staff at Anaconda they have been great and helpful all the way. They upgraded me to the fluid Nitro and bigger stronger bike but bottom bearing wears within a few months and grinds. So I won’t be spending any more money on this brand
