that everything else was included—all I had to do was plug it in.

However, when I received the TV, the remote control and screws were missing. I contacted both 2nds World and LG multiple times, and after waiting for three weeks, LG finally sent me the missing parts—only to find out they sent the wrong screws.

I reached out to Harvey Norman 2nds World again, and they assured me they would resolve the issue. That was over three weeks ago, and still, nothing has been done.

This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I won’t be purchasing anything from Harvey Norman 2nds World again, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
