after waiting for three weeks, LG finally sent me the missing parts—only to find out they sent the wrong screws.

I reached out to Harvey Norman 2nds World again, and they assured me they would resolve the issue. That was over three weeks ago, and still, nothing has been done.

This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I won’t be purchasing anything from Harvey Norman 2nds World again, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

wanted a LG instead. Saeid mentioned that that model is not available, but then he offered to get it from their dealer, in spite of the fact that they don't stock it. I was very happy and was finally able to get it delivered. There was a few weeks delay though due to dealer dependencies, but it was escalated by Saeid to expedite the delivery. Happy to engage with this store once again. Keep up the good work!

Perfect service – I recently bought a Samsung bubble wash 8.5kg washing machine from 2nds world Auburn. They had quite a large range of display models and the sales executive onsite was able to answer all questions we had regarding the product. match the lowest price but he beat it. I attended the store to finalize the purchase and the staff were very professional and most helpful. Pick up was at the loading dock behind the store and I was really appreciative of pleasant store room / loading gentleman who really helped a lot loading the air conditioners into my vehicle. Harvey Norman doesn't care about old customers. The service center doesn't honor the old invoices. Hard lesson. Instead of saving some $50, better buy from manufacturers or reputed retailers.

machine is not work your buck. It smells after each wash 1st attempt: Called up 2nds world and told them my situation and the reply was "just do half loads" 2nd attempt: I went into store and before I told the salesman my issue, I pointed at the very same machine and asked him " how high does the water level come with this machine?" He showed me just below half way. I then told him that my machine does not do that. He advised me that I would have to call Electrolux and book a Electrolux technician. So, I did that. Took about a week for one to come out. He said that there was nothing wrong with it. Told me I could take it back to the shop if not satisfied. So that I wanted to do, there was a bit of back & forth with sales reps in getting a replacement or a different machine. But, eventually I got another machine. Wishing I got a refund instead though. Trying out the new machine now and hoping it just does what it's suppose to do. WASH THE CLOTHES!! DON't get me wrong we purchased a $1200 Electrolux fridge from here and are very happy. But WASHING MACHINE DON'T BUY IT

right now to process a refund I will do it on Monday” Constant lying from staff trying to hold off on processing refund. She did not tell me the company was going into administration (mind you all staff are given a notice when going into administration) Called at least 20 times every day from 13/04/19 to 27/04/19. Found an article on 30/04/19 indicating 2nds world had announced that it has fallen into administration.... I am speechless... just hoping to get my refund. My washing machine was faulty since September 2018, 6 washing machine replacements later... no washing machine for 8 months. I am lost beyond words. A full-time working mother 7 days a week with 3 young dependant children. I had to apply for afterpay to get the cheapest washing machine just today. And on top of that I had to pay for postage for all of those replacements to get delivered...

Pricing the same as new seconds should be cheaper – To Pricey for seconds same prices as new.been looking on line and there more expensive so why bother. I install a lot of air conditioning and not competitive so don’t waist your time

Messed Up Delivery – Twice in 2 years time Seconds world messed up and delayed fridge delivery, First year we ordered same day delivery and they charged extra for that, then they did not turn up and applied store credit which was never wanted. And delivered the next day. Secondly they delayed deliveries again and messaged the delivery would come at 11:pm at night. Day comes, I get a call half an hour before my allocated delivery window begins, to say that, oh, the TV isn't on the truck! Damn, must be the warehouse fault, we are only the delivery drivers. Would I like them to deliver after hours? Sure, I say. Then wait.

Guy turns up, in a sedan, swinging a tiny 24 inch TV package.......

So I get on the phone to the online team. Looks like they've lost my TV. Or, the delivery guys have my TV on their truck but their paperwork has the wrong model on it.

I don't know what's going to happen next.

I am not taking another day off work for this circus, and will cancel unless it is sorted by TOMORROW.

no packaging no instruction book at all and a note inside from a previous customer who had received this same unit and stating how unhappy he was with what he received.

After numerous phone calls and emails I was told they had found a new one for me ...... I returned unit to them and verified with Aust Post they had received it after 5 days still getting no response as I was told as soon as they received the faulty one they would immediately send out the new one, I rang again spoke to someone who did seem to know what she was doing and was told they would ship same day I finally did receive a new unit but not without the stress this company caused me.

As far as I'm concerned I will never buy from this company again, there online service is the worst and a disgrace as is there warehouse who sent this faulty item to me and previously to another person as well!

Waste of time, lost money – Bought a ex demo fridge, $1500. I didn’t care about the dints. wasn’t cheap also I lost money in the change over when they came to pick it up. A lot of cold stuff had to be chucked.

Also don’t give in to taking old fridge they wanted to charge me $80 so I said no. Then they said how bout $50 I said [name removed] I will just keep it. I then sold a 12 year old fridge still working for $80 online. So don’t give it to them.

I was contacted by the online team and advised they will refund the cost of the fridge. Just it was such a drag especially a product you can’t live without. Next time will always buy brand new when it come to fridges

account to 1st make sure it was not my fault (I had all my details on it, no issues there).

So I wrote to them saying that as they have inconvenient me for their error, I would like this to be rectified and resent to me quicker using the "same day delivery" option instead.

I got a call back from them. Rather than accept that it was their error that got them into the situation in the first place and honour my request, the customer service rep went on to explain how it was not the form of delivery that I choose when I made the purchase. If my menory serves me well, I didn't remember choosing the option for "wrong delivery address so had to be redelivered" either.

He continued, due to this, I have to wait another 3 to 5 days for it to be redelivered again. So all up, because of their mistake, I have to wait almost 10 days in total from purchase date.

In this day and age of ecommerce, why have your customer fill up a form when you can't even transfer the info properly? None of the small eBayer or people from gumtree make such a basic level error.

It would've been fine if it was my fault, but it wasn't. Not only did they not acknowledge their fault, but keep on insisting that's the only thing they can/will do to rectify this situation.

Cancelled my order and writing this as a warning to all. If you're expecting much from their customer service, just don't. Not being cynical, but in this instance you really get what you pay for.

Get the salesman to discuss product not just take the $$ – Visited shop salesman didn't inform me anything of product or the installation of product at all, BUT quick to take my money. Product delivered today 2nds World you are the worst for sales, information and installation. Next time a visit to a reputable whitewave shop not 2nds World. They advertise the TV as being in stock but cannot honour the sale! – This is simply false and misleading adverting when you finalise and pay for the order that is advertised as being in stock only to be emailed 24 hours later to saying that they do not have in stock and further cannot honour the sale if I was to wait longer. You would think that such a retailer would have made contact via phone and offered some alternatives. No customer service.

They just don’t know how to spell ‘Customer Service’ – I bought a fridge from these delightful folk and paid for same day delivery. 16 days later, after a couple of trips away, I rang them to ask where the fridge was. They located it and when I asked for my same day delivery charge to be refunded I didn’t hear from them again.

[name removed] was alright at replying to emails, but [name removed] was terrible - she was huffy and annoyed that I asked her to find out if the warranty listing was incorrect, but of course, the item was taken off their site. [name removed] said she expected the customer to screenshot every panel of the checkout, and they wouldn't add the warranty details to their invoices or confirmation because she didn't think it was part of the purchase. Her attitude was very strongly how the customer is an idiot. She did get the IT team to add the product back on the website, but low and behold, it wasn't the same as when I purchased.

Terrible service, terrible people and really unimpressed with having to chase down a simple purchase for a month. I don't think they would have followed up if I hadn't.

Electrolux for their delivery times. Finally in frustration I telephoned Electrolux myself on Monday and the plastic inserts were sent out overnight to my home address. I received them on Tuesday afternoon. I will never purchase anything there again.
