information and instructions. I found that the advertising of what the product can do is Not wholly truthful as well as the 45 day free trial that doesn't exist. This product Does Not get rid of old urine stains. It's very expensive for what it is and isn't any better then cheaper brands that do the same thing. After trying the stain remover, with very vague instructions, nothing had changed with my carpets. I repeated the process 3 times. Still no change. So I contacted the company. I received an email straight away but now I'm convinced it was an AI response because the reply had nothing to do with my question and issues. So, I tried again after watching a YouTube video but that ended with the same results. I then tried to wash the carpet with the carpet shampoo and the carpet looked a little cleaner but the stains looked darker. I contacted them again and was reminded of the 45 day risk free trial. So I asked for more information about that but I didn't get a reply email, I got a phone call from customer service telling me to try a few more times. I told them that I felt I gave it a fair chance but it isn't working and I decided that I will need to replace my carpet. The lady said oh ok I'm sorry you weren't happy with the product and hung up. So, What's the 45 day free trial about? Obviously, just another false statement, along with, it gets rid of old urine stains. My personal opinion, save your money and get the pet urine spray from your local hardware shop. You'll save $130.00.

use the area to bathroom when they cannot access our grassed area and unfortunately the area has become quite smelly.
I had been washing this area daily with a combination of water, vinegar, bicarbonate soda, pressure washing and detergent, however the area still had quite a pungent pet urine smell. Nothing worked, and the odour was particularly prevalent in the afternoons when the pavers had sun bathed for a few hours. I began to be embarrassed when we had people over because even when my outdoor area was ‘clean’, it still smelled bad.
This smell completely disappeared after ONE application of the enzyme solution. The enzyme solution itself has quite a pleasant smell to it, and is easy to use. I know this product works because once the smell of the enzyme solution had dissipated, there was no urine smell. This product doesn’t mask like other products- it really does break down the urine.
I followed the enzyme solution up with a single application of the disinfectant solution. The smell of both products over my pavers was very pleasant. A day later and there was still no urine odour.
I also washed my floor tiles near the back door with the enzyme solution and disinfectant as this is where the puppies trample inside after toileting.
I wish I had found this product years ago!
