get damaged. The insert is made out of plastic and the little teeth get damaged very easily with rendered the tap useless (very hard to find'@ Reece plumbing only'). I have change almost 5 of these already and when i contacted the manufacturer (multiple calls , emails to GWA group) about their faulty product they keep asking for proof of purchase. I will not recommend their product , stay away. I have remove all the 6 of the tap (shower, basin & bath) from my bathroom because of these issues.
