Bridie responsible for drop-off. Unfortunately, the delivery never arrived.

We attempted to contact both Ash and Bridie multiple times with no response, which shows a serious lack of communication and accountability. For a business that relies on reliable supply, this is simply not acceptable.

This level of service reflects poor management and organisation. Based on this experience, we won’t be working with Emma & Tom’s again and would not recommend them to other businesses expecting consistency and professionalism.
