would be nice if customers have access to spare parts, like the cloth wipe to buy, because they get dirty quickly and I bet I will need a replacement soon. May be I should sew it. :)

Unfortunately, a year later it has a major problem. Hair and debris has become tightly wound around the part that allows the head to oscillate, and now the roller has completely stopped turning. When this happens, the vacuum shuts off and becomes unusable as a floor vacuum. It only works with the long nozzle attachment, which defeats the purpose. Unlike my previous Dyson, there’s no screw to open this section to remove debris and MyGenie doesn't sell replacement heads. I’ve even bought specialised tweezers to try and remove the trapped hair, but it’s inaccessible and impossible to properly clean. Overall it's become effectively useless for its main purpose.
