unless your bald with no pets no way – unless your bald with no pets don't bother hair gets tangled and you need a knife to cut it away from the brushes other than that its good but who wants to be spending time doing that dirty job - it would be great if it had another foot that wasn't brushes a big design floor IMO

A waste of money – Poor suction. Ok on hard floors for dust and animal hair but useless on carpet. The dirt/dust doesn't empty easily from the dust cup, hair clings to the filter and needs to be removed for better disposal of waste. The mop is just a piece of fabric that does not clean well, needs to be removed to wash out frequently. The machine does not suck the water back, just squirts water onto the floor. Not good on timber floors. Show details
Quite a perfect vacuum cleaner – My initial worry is the battery and suction power. Surprisingly both features are commendable and it did pick up dirt and plenty of hair from my room wooden floor as well as carpet easily. Easy to clean and dispose of all dirt from the small compartment. So far I like it and I am just hoping it can last more than a year. Strongly recommended. Show details

Terrible! – Bought this as I thought what a great price! Now I see why.. barely picks up anything have to go over the same area a few times, vacuum keeps stopping and starting aswell and is fully charged. Yes it goes for a long time but what’s the point when it doesn’t pick anything up? Would put no stars if I could.. have been asking for a refund but they have said they will send me a new brush .. If I Could Rate It A Zero, I Would – First use great, 2nd use starts up and turns off straight away. Battery is fully charged, head is clean, mygenie is giving the runaround and has no intention of refunding this faulty item.
