Good quality , great features and easy clean – Good toaster with great features , easy clean , but needs to be upended after each use so that loose crumbs cab be shaken loose otherwise crumbs turn black and adhere to inside .

We called customer service we requested a replacement they said because we don't have our original receipt they couldn't do anything I told them it's only a year old and we also have a Westinghouse Stove and dishwasher because of this type of service just for a toaster we certainly won't be purchasing any more appliances from Westinghouse.
Very disappointing customer care service.
