It washes clothes beautifully, spins them nearly dry, and you can fill it was loads of dirty clothing, and everything comes out sparkling clean. No electronic buttons, just plain simple, super washing. Fast and reliable, sturdy, and dependable. I would never buy anything else, supreme value for money. And their customer service is impeccable!

My new machine fits the space perfectly, it looks good, but the performance is unsatisfactory. The filter always falls off, from the day I got it. Washing tangles even when trouser legs or garment sleeves are folded to the inside the clothing.

Great large top loader – Large 12kg top loader. Very easy to use, instructions are simple to read and understand. Can fit a set of Queen sheets and pillow cases easily in one load. Has a great filter, catches all the dog fur.

because it had rusted out it just couldn't hold it anymore Then the hot water started leaking from inside the back of machine Residentia organized a technician in our city, they came out and ordered a part.. waited a month they never got the part. Called tech, stated other customers had same issue. We called residentia, they stated they'd organize part to be sent directly to us. In the meantime washing machine sounded like it was gonna take off when on spin cycle and making a loud noise. Videoed and sent to them. Now in June and still no part sent and residentia keeps pushing for technician to be sent out. Absolute rubbish machine. Stay away from them
